What this is

The Workflow Decision Lab is a research and content site. It publishes decision guides, playbooks, cookbooks, and open-source templates to help small-business operators make software and AI buying decisions.

Use of the content

• Read it, share it, cite it. You may summarize and link to the research. If you cite a figure, keep the “verified” / “unverified” label intact.
• The open-source templates are MIT-licensed. Fork them, change them, ship them, use them commercially. Attribution is appreciated, not legally required.

The important caveat

Nothing here is professional advice. We publish research, cost estimates, and failure modes — not tax, legal, or financial advice. We make mistakes and the market moves. Every article carries a publish date, every cost figure carries the date it was captured, and articles that have been re-checked carry an “Updated” date. Before you commit real money to a tool, confirm the current pricing and behavior with the vendor and, where it matters, with your own accountant or lawyer.

No warranty

The content and templates are provided “as is.” We’ll fix what we find broken, but we don’t warrant a particular outcome for your business.
